Terms and conditions

  1. The organiser reserves the right to make any changes to the programme, venue, replacements, or cancellation of the event warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
  2. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of registration. Payment for the event is due 7 days from the date of invoice. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. Delay in payment may cause the seat(s) to be released to guests on the waiting list.
  3. Tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of confirmation.
  4. Cancellations: Members and guests are required to submit their cancellations via email and no refunds will be made for cancellations after the event registration deadline. However, substitutions are welcomed.
