The Tuesday Club: Budget 2019 Briefing
The 2019 Budget was tabled in Parliament on 2 November 2018. This is the first Budget under the new Pakatan Harapan government, which could be an opportunity for an overhaul and reform of the economy.
Many comments and analyses have been floating around. In fact, the Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI), Dr Ong Kian Ming, said that the ministry would be focusing on Industry 4.0 and reducing SMEs’ dependence on foreign labour now that the key strategies in Budget 2019 has been announced.
Let’s gather at the Tuesday Club with our speaker from Wong & Partners to exchange more information of the changes and focus of Budget 2019.
